Write down 4 facts from the story	The People are unhappy that there’s no chicken KFC has issued a tongue-in- cheek apology after a delivery crisis left thousands of chicken fans across the country unable to get their hands on their beloved bargain buckets After being bombarded with complaints about closed stores, limited menus and burgers with no lettuce, the fast food giant decided to post a "sorry" advert in newspapers this morning. That counts as four.
Describe the issue/conflict in the story?	They don’t have any chicken.
Give two points of views mentioned in the story ?	They have got a lot of unsatisfied customers that don’t think that there sorry ad is enough. However others are alright with it and say its enough.
What is your opinion on the issue ? What can people do to help this problem ?	I don’t really care because its not in nz but yeah it’s pretty sad. I mean having a chicken store with no chicken is like trying to play games without a controller. I guess, just ship it properly.
